At D.T. Archery LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all customers, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

Private Lessons & Small Group Bookings (1–4 participants):

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be rescheduled once without a fee, but no refunds will be issued.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

Arrow Tag Events & Large Group Rentals (5+ participants or hourly rentals):

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future event if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding deposit).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable.

• Weather-related cancellations: If we determine weather conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Custom or Special Event Bookings:

• Custom packages or venue rentals are handled on a case-by-case basis, and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined in the booking agreement.
